General Terms
By purchasing from Studio Enti, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed with Studio Enti.
Purchasing

Descriptions
All products are photographed as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, slight variations in size, shape, color, and finish may occur. These differences reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Colour
While we make every effort to display colours accurately, screen settings and lighting conditions may affect their appearance. We recommend viewing our colour videos to best understand the variations in light, tone and shade.
The satin clear glaze used on the top surface lightens the product colour depending on the thickness of the coat, these variables should be embraced as part of the true nature of handmade products.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through our online store.
Orders must be paid in full before production or dispatch.
Shipping and Delivery

Australia
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and volume.
Orders are shipped with tracking numbers via Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
Studio pick-up is available from our Sydney studio free of charge.

International
Shipping for orders under 10kg is calculated at checkout for USA orders only. Orders exceeding 10kg and to other international destinations will be quoted separately.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
International orders not calculated at checkout will receive a shipping quote before dispatch and orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Times and Lead Times
Most items are made to order. Lead times vary and will be advised at the time the order is received.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us at info@studioenti.com.au before placing an order to discuss current lead times. We will always work with you to ensure the best possible lead time based on our availability.

Incorrect Delivery Information:
If you have provided incorrect delivery information and/or contact details, please notify us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery details and the cost to retrieve and resend will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered
Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrectly ordered products, although we reserve the right to assess this on a case by case basis.
In order to protect the warranty, If products have been installed, we are unable to refund or accept exchange requests.
For exchanges to be considered, customers must provide images proving that the products received are undamaged.
For returns, the pieces must be received by Studio Enti and assessed as undamaged for a return to be processed.

Accepted Change of mind orders
For an exchange to be accepted items must be returned and undamaged in original boxes.
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Return requests must be notified to Studio Enti at customerservice@studioenti.com.au within 7 working days.

Incorrectly Sent Orders
If we have sent the wrong item, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Please notify us within 7 working days of receiving the incorrect item and provide photographic evidence.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt at info@studioenti.com.au.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please be careful with repacking pieces for ongoing storage - all pieces have been expertly packed to prevent damage in transit. We don’t accept responsibility for damage that has occurred to items that have been opened and stored incorrectly in our packaging.

Sale Items
Items purchased in Online Sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside of Australia do not qualify for change of mind requests, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Care and Maintenance

Lighting - Porcelain Care Instructions
Use a soft, dry cloth or microfiber cloth to clean porcelain surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning pads.
We recommend using a cream cleanser and soft cloth for all marks on the porcelain surface.
Do not expose the porcelain or electrical components to excessive moisture - always refer to the certification information and IP ratings listed.
Ensure that electrical fittings are installed and maintained by a qualified electrician.
For pendant and wall-mounted lights, periodically check fixings and screws to ensure they remain secure.

Lighting - Metal Component Care
The metal components of our lighting (including Brass, Antique Brass, Brushed Nickel, and Blackened Brass) may develop a natural patina over time. This is a normal characteristic and part of the material's aging process.
To maintain the appearance of the metal, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, and do not use metal polish, as it may remove the finish or alter the patina.
For light marks or fingerprints, a slightly damp soft cloth followed by drying with a clean, dry cloth is sufficient.

Tableware Care Instructions
All Studio Enti pieces are oven and microwave safe, they have been fired at over 1200 degrees Celsius. Avoid thermal shock caused by sudden extreme temperature changes. it’s best for the pieces to be at room temperature before placing them in a hot oven and vice versa.
All pieces are handmade with the highest quality Australian Porcelain. All materials involved are non-toxic, lead free and safe for daily use.
Studio Enti pieces are designed to clean easily - they are dishwasher safe, and benefit from high temperature cleaning.
If scuff marks appear on the underside raw surface, you can use a cream cleaner or baking soda with vinegar to remove.

Consumer Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or alterations.
All electrical fittings must be installed by a licensed electrician in compliance with Australian safety regulations. Warranty claims related to electrical components will require proof of professional installation, such as an invoice and written statement from a qualified electrician.

Exclusions
Variations in colour, minor surface imperfections, or changes due to natural aging of materials are not considered defects.

Liability and Disclaimers

Studio Enti is not liable for
- Delays or failures in shipping due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays).
- Improper use, installation, or modifications to our products.
- Variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade process.
- Any losses or damages caused by this store or any store linked to or from this store.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the provided details. All received monies will be refunded using the original payment method.

Force Majeure
Studio Enti is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

Intellectual Property
All designs, product images, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Studio Enti and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Australian legal standards.
