All products are photographed as accurately as possible. Each piece is handmade and unique, as a result the piece you receive may not be exactly the same as that in the photo. Colour and finish of the ceramics will vary between pieces which is an intentional reflection of the genuine handmade nature of our process.

All efforts have been made to show the true colour of Studio Enti’s palette, however difference’s with screens and devices may make this difficult to represent the true colour and quality of the porcelain. We advise to take the time to look at the colour video’s here to see how light and shade shift over the products.

The satin clear glaze used on the top surface lightens the product colour depending on the thickness of the coat, these variables should be embraced as part of the true nature of handmade products.

Payments are accepted through our secure online store. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, GST included.

Australia wide shipping is calculated by weight and volume at checkout, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. Studio Enti ships with Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Studio pick up is available free of charge from our Botany studio.

You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

USA shipping is calculated in the check out up to 10kg, If your order is over 10kg we will contact you to discuss shipping options. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

International orders not calculated at the checkout will be contacted with a shipping quote when the order is ready to dispatch.

Not all items are in stock at all times. Once your order is received, you will be advised of when it will ship. If not in stock please allow up to four weeks for your order to be made and delivered. Should you require your order to be delivered by a specific date please email info@studioenti.com.au to discuss options.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, for whatever reason, you can return them for an exchange, refund or credit note . Please contact us at info@studioenti.com.au within 5 days of receiving the order and return the items within 10 working days from the date you originally received the order to qualify for a refund.

Please note that you assume the responsibility and cost of retuning the order undamaged, it’s best to use our packaging to return ship. Studio Enti is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If your item/s arrive broken please email us at info@studioentio.com.au a photo of the broken goods within 48 hours of receipt and we will look after you.

All Studio Enti pieces are oven and microwave safe, they have been fired at over 1200 degrees Celsius. Avoid thermal shock caused by sudden extreme temperature changes. it’s best for the pieces to be at room temperature before placing them in a hot oven and vice versa.

All pieces are handmade with the highest quality Australian Porcelain. All materials involved are non-toxic, lead free and safe for daily use.

Studio Enti pieces are designed to clean easily - they are dishwasher safe, and benefit from high temperature cleaning.

If scuff marks appear on the underside raw surface, you can use a cream cleaner or baking soda with vinegar to remove.

Like most handmade products, you can ensure a long lifetime of use with careful washing and stacking.
